Ambos t\u00eam vantagens e limita\u00e7\u00f5es, e entender essas diferen\u00e7as ajuda a escolher o m\u00e9todo mais adequado para cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O que \u00e9 o Doppler arterial?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O m\u00e9todo de doppler arterial utiliza uma probe que emite ondas ultrass\u00f4nicas. Quando essas ondas encontram o fluxo sangu\u00edneo, elas s\u00e3o refletidas com uma frequ\u00eancia alterada \u2014 o famoso \u201cefeito Doppler\u201d. O manguito \u00e9 posicionado de forma semelhante ao Doppler, mas \u00e9 inflado e desinflado pelo pr\u00f3prio equipamento.
